Authors, do you want to write for us?
Call for TES authors interested in contributing to blog posts
Over the past year we’ve used the TES Author section of our blog to highlight individual resources authors, as well as sharing a myriad of tips, help and advice to help you develop your content and profile as an author.
As we start thinking ahead to the new academic year, we’d love to get more of you involved in writing, interviews and providing ideas for upcoming posts.
What we’re looking for
You might like to shout about a brilliant TES Author, whose resources have saved you time, inspired your teaching or supported your pupils. Maybe you have a great piece of advice or some handy tips you think would be valuable to share with other authors? Perhaps you want to describe one of your own resources and tell other teachers why it works so well in the classroom. Alternatively, show us your creativity and explain how your resources have helped your pupils to access the curriculum in an innovative way.
This is your space to talk to the community about making resources, raising your profile and the practicalities of being an author. It also gives you the opportunity to see how TES Authors are doing it across the world, or just down the road.
How you can get involved
If you are a TES Author who would like to be considered, write us a short summary of the post you’d like to pen. Tell us in no more than 100 words what you’d like to write about and give us a flavour of the post. Don’t forget links to any relevant resources or shops that you mention.
Please send us your submission by email, including a link to your shop. We’ll endeavour to respond to every message, though please be patient as the volume of correspondence we receive often means we can’t always get back to you as quickly as we’d like.
We look forward to hearing from you.
