UN Conventions Rights of the Child Assembly ppt

UN Conventions Rights of the Child Assembly ppt

This is a powerpoint I created outlining the UN Convention’s Children’s Rights. I gave the opportunity to our School Councilors to deliver the assembly in order to gain a ‘Promoting Active Democracy’ award for the school. Each slide outlines a different right and the notes for each slide were given to the children to present to the school. Good resource to use in the run up to National Children’s Day.

This wonderfully engaging and interactive resource contains animations, music and photographs and is sure to engage KS1 and KS2 children. The PowerPoint focuses on plans for the big day, background to the happy couple and an overview of marriage and the celebrations seen at weddings.
