GCSE Spanish scaffolded writing practice A* constructions honing exam technique

GCSE Spanish scaffolded writing practice A* constructions honing exam technique

This is an activity for pupils to use to focus on their writing in order to try to increase their range of language. There is a writing question on shopping and pupils are given a list of opinion phrases and connectives to include. There is also a page for writing their answer, broken down into the key bullet points and with set A* constructions to try to include in each segment. This helps pupils to remember to build high-level structures into their work and focuses their attention on increasing range of language. Pupils can then learn these lists and constructions and aim to include them in any essay on any topic.

Flashcards - OCR GCSE Spanish: Vocabulary List - Entertainment

Flashcards - OCR GCSE Spanish: Vocabulary List - Entertainment

I have put every word in the vocabulary list that OCR publishes onto flashcards. This pack is just on the topic of Entertainment, but I have published all the other topics here on TES. If you are familiar with these words then the exam will be incredibly easy, since these are the only words that they will use in the exam. In this bundle, I have printed a pack with pictures, a pack in which you fold down the middle and a pack which you print double sided. The different packs are all exactly the same words, just choose the one which will help the words stick in your mind.

Viva GCSE Module 3 Mis aplicaciones favoritas

Viva GCSE Module 3 Mis aplicaciones favoritas

PowerPoint and vocabulary match up sheet for Mis aplicaciones favoritas unit from Module 3 of the Viva AQA GCSE Spanish textbook for the new 2016 specification. The PowerPoint follows the activities from the textbook with some additional activities and extension tasks where possible. The vocabulary match up sheet is to be used to introduce the new vocabulary for this unit - students should use cognates to help them match the Spanish and English correctly. This lesson should also be compatible with the Edexcel version of the textbook as from what I have seen they are very similar, if not identical for most units.
