Identify right angles, recognise that two right angles make a half-turn, three make three-quarters of a turn and four a complete turn; identify whether angles are greater than or less than a right angle. Created by a year six teacher (89% maths at and above expected pass rate last year), maths coordinator and deputy head. Used on the afternoon before the 2016 maths SATS tests and updated in 2017. The flip chart allows the teacher to model the mathematics concept with a SATS style question and then gives the pupil the opportunity to use and apply what they have just seen.
