This resource was created for my Y10/11 students as a way to help them prepare for the Writing and Speaking components of the new AQA GCSE Spanish examinations. Contains 2 Word documents: 1. Foundation level 2. Higher level with a colour coded system to highlight the more complex structures and extra tenses. Both texts include opinion phrases, different tenses and are translated in English to help comprehension. I have added the AQA recommended vocabulary from the "Me, my family and friends" & "Technology in every day life". Fully editable and once downloaded just remove the boxes to see the texts.

A range of activities for any lesson on ¿Cómo eres? There is a writing mat for pupils to complete independently to recap core vocabulary, a double-sided translation activity for pupils to practice lots of translation into and out of Spanish. There is also a translation into English task and a plenary writing task in Spanish. There is also a Quiz Quiz trade activity ready to print and use in the lesson.

This resource includes several worksheets and activities for students to create their own soap opera (culebron, telenovela). It is ideal for boosting student's potential and creativity as well as their Spanish language skills in a more motivating, dynamic and participative way. The activity should be carried out in groups and is intended for intermediate up to advanced students of Spanish. This resource includes the following worksheets: 1. This resource will help your students describe themselves and their best friend using a range of adjectives (ending in o, e and r) and qualifiers. There are 2 vocabulary sheets with vocabulary learning tasks and 5 worksheets which include tasks such as gap fill, structuring sentences, identifying errors, spelling from memory, translating, writing and speaking. A crossword puzzle with clues in Spanish will help improve your students' reading comprehension and spelling.
