How to make squishy sensory squeeze stress balls from balloons and flour. Videos and instructions

How to make squishy sensory squeeze stress balls from balloons and flour. Videos and instructions

I've labelled each clip with appropriate symbols, but included a blank one so you can play each one and ask students to select with sentence goes with which video. There's about 15 videos / stages. We did this as a separate literacy lesson in the morning. Then students read/follow the instructions they've 'written' or made, to create their own sensory squishy squeezy balls. They loved them and wanted to make more :)

Sensory Drama SEN Special School - Levels - The Quest - Teacher in Role - Wizards, Kings & Treasure

A note from the author:I use this scheme of work my Drama class at a Special School and proved very popular and great for allowing the students to advance in their P levels. The students loved the characters, creativity and the sense of adventure. Will obviously need to be adapted for individual needs of the students. Please do comment on my resources so that I can continue to update and expand them. If you need any more information/clarification please comment and I will update my resources ASAP!

Interactive djembe drumming lesson resources - automatically teaches them and you!

Interactive djembe drumming lesson resources - automatically teaches them and you!

Made this djembe drumming lesson pack for a class of autistic children and young people, or alternatively equally useful in early years setting or maybe year 1 and 2.Basically it is a very simple introduction to the djembe drum and 3 ways in which to play it (along with start and stop symbol.) This pack also contains automatic powerpoints that have different arrangements of the symbols so that when you launch each powerpoint it guides the group/class into following/doing what the arrow is pointing at. Just join in and have fun! (The escape button brings you out of the endlessly looping powerpoint!)Symbols included too so you could print out and get them arranging their own patterns too. We also put on some pop music and played their arrangements as mini- performances to the rest of the year group.

Interactive & Visual impairment Periodic Table

Interactive & Visual impairment Periodic Table

This is a great resource for children who have a visual impairment. Print out all the card then hole punch one corner and put them onto a ring. I used a ring that could open and close so that it can also be used as an interactive resource, whereby children can organise the elements.
