Wall activity - 5 little speckled frogs. REQUIRES WOODEN PEGS + LAMINATING to make the foreground pop out slightly, but it could also be used without the pegs with blu tack or velcro on the frogs and glue the foreground plus the background together. Use the song wall to help with introducing addition and subtraction etc. Students can count the frogs onto the wall (log) and then take it in turns to take a frog off of the wall while singing the song and then add them again in the correct order when finished. Ask the students to say the numbers as if they were the frogs, for example, in a high voice or in a low voice to make sure they are correctly positioned on the log. Included are larger frogs that students can use to make a human ‘song wall’.

Could also be used for number bonds if some buns are put onto one end of the wall and the others at the other side.

In the last one, you will find the back cover, so you can velcro the plates on the right side there. Organize everything and bind it.
