I have used this with my Reception parents as a means of parents building their own scrap book of activities they do at home to help me further assess and understand their child. I never mark them but ask for them in from time to time to share with the class. I also include the document things to include.

I print these off and insert them into the learning journal which is a large scrap book for parents with a photo and title page on.
