Can Eating Meat be Eco-Friendly- Article and Reading Guide

"Every year we raise and eat 65 billion animals, that's nine animals for every person on the globe, and it's having a major impact on our planet. So what meat should we eat if we want to be eco-friendly carnivores? Is it better to buy beef or chicken, free range or factory farmed? As Dr Michael Mosley discovers for BBC Horizon, the answers are far from obvious." Munich Sights and Videos Presentation

Munich Sights and Videos Presentation

Teach about the city sights of Munich Germany (München Deutschland) with this 46 slide Power Point! I use this slide show with my level 2 German students when we study our travel vocabulary unit. I like to focus on Munich as our travel destination. Over the years I've developed this important city sights slide show to break down our tour into 8 sections. At the end of the first 7 sections there are short embedded film clips that highlight the point from each section. The sights are listed in German and I like to add my own personal stories to some of the sights. Students enjoy learning about the city of Munich. I use this presentation over the course of a few days for about 20minutes each day. The whole presentation (depending on the length of your stories) is about 1 hour. Thanks for looking!
