I have been a successful Head of Department for 25 years. Prior to 9-1 grades, my GCSE classes regularly achieved 15-18 A*s. In 2018-19 they achieved 15 grade 9s. My department's success has drawn the interest of many schools. They visit the school for ideas to support them and improve their Curriculum and own results. My department has been selected to lead all the art departments in Devon and Somerset. I hope my resources will help other teachers to achieve the highest standards.
