Do you have students who struggle with correct French pronunciation? Of course! We all do! How much time do we spend teaching our newest learners how to properly pronounce words in French ? How often do they remember the correct pronunciation? I developed this system while reflecting on the struggles some of my tutoring students had this year. The MOURITSEN METHOD is easy to use for both teachers and students. You are purchasing a link to a YouTube video as well as supporting documentation. YOU WILL BE DELIGHTED WITH THIS IDEA!

Ne...pas goes WHERE? - teaching strategy

A few years ago, I noticed that my students couldn't remember where to put "ne...pas" in a sentence. It's easy to remember the placement of 'ne...pas' in the present tense, but my students struggled with placement in the passé composé, etc. This simple physical technique that I made up is catchy and easy to remember!
