This full lesson covers the main types of contract that are used by organisations. This includes acting out case studies, creating case studies and training materials, analysing advantages and disadvantages and more. This lesson contains links to media such as videos and official websites such as ACAS. I have also included a facilitator instructions sheet for a starter task. This lesson can be used as an introduction to employment contracts for a variety of situations, including teaching and training. I personally use this lesson on the Level 3 Business BTEC, but the lesson can be easily implemented for different purposes.
