This resource is great for building classroom discussion and communication skills. The talking token can be used for whole class discussions, group discussions or partner work.
These are a great little positive reinforcement technique to use in the classroom or over email for home learning. This resource can be used in classrooms to help children understand the expected noise levels for each working type. Silent ninja mode is for independent silent work, Secret Agent Mode is for partner work and Team mode is for group working. I generally have an action to go with each of these, i.e. we count down from 3 and enter ‘Secret Agent Mode’ with an action of putting on our secret agent glasses.
