Students can do self directed work and if they do all the sections that should refer back to something in their planning and making they can get optimal marks.
This introductory booklet is for planning the International Meal option only. My group will follow the one brief only. I am setting this as a planned homework task. Should you make improvements to my documents please let me have a look as I might want to use your improvement.
I have already covered research topics. This booklet works on the following, Reasons for choice, Identifying skills and methods, Planning the task. Students can either add to the document of just use it as a guide and work straight away on the computer. I started the work with a starter where students discussed Low, Medium and High skilled. Then we looked at recipe books and discussed their choices. If you have any suggestion how I can improve this resource or want to share lesson plans for the same course please let me know.
