It is an interactive quiz is a low stakes assessment for the interdependence topic, it has information slides linked if they click on the wrong answers. At the end there is a extended writing question with sentence starters and key words if needed. At the end of the slide is a model answer for them to use or mark their own. This is a lesson I created for lockdown after we finished our SOW, it is a lesson that they can physically do from home. Although this lesson is a practical they can do, it is more about how to analyse data and make sure that the data is relevant to their question. You may want to get them to plan the practical first. This covers no specific topic, it is just a series of data lessons to try and get my year 7s used to handling different types of data.

Designed for distance learning but can easily be used in a classroom. Completely interactive PowerPoint designed to consolidate previous lessons on sound. The students are required to complete a short multiple choice quiz which is interactive- if they click on the right answer it will move on, if they click on the wrong answer it will take them to an information slide, then back to the question. Then they are required to answer a long answer question or extended question. “A band is playing on the beach. How does the sound of a drum differ between a human on the beach and a dolphin in the sea?” Again, sentence starters, keywords and hyperlinks back to relevant information are embedded.
