Key Stage 3 Levels of Organisation putting cells, tissues, organs, organ systems and organisms into order. Looking at unicellular and multicellular organisms and finding the differences between them. Ready to deliver straight in the classroom, LIVE online or set for cover. Lessons follow a Hook-Line-Thinker format. A simple reworking of the common Starter/Do Now, Learning Objectives and Plenary structure with AFL throughout. Tasks include: Naming organ systems in humans and linking to MRS GREN Defining uni / single celled and multicellular organisms Ordering levels of organisation. Identifying the function of each level Identifying the function of key organ systems Studying Amoeba and Euglena 10 minutes extended writing comparing

Human / Sexual Reproduction Lesson 1 is all about puberty, adolescence and hormones investigating changes boys & girls go through from childhood to adulthood. This also asks students to interpret a graph to find data on this and make a Venn diagram of the changes for boys, girls and both of them. The lesson ends with extended writing task where students act as an agony Aunt/ Uncle and to write a letter back to two teenagers who have written into a magazine for advice during puberty.
