PPoint explaining Left and Right Wing; Tabloid and Broadsheet (British print media)

Useful for most A Level students as an overview of the origins of implicit and explicit political and cultural bias in British print media. Particularly useful as a springboard for units such as Language and Power, Language and the Media, in A Level English Language. Print as a “3 slide-per-page” for note-taking as a lecture, or use as an introduction for setting individual research tasks. (Have students place each newspaper on a continuum from left to right afterwards!)
