I have been an anxiety specialist since 1994, with a Degree and Masters in Psychology, I am a Educational Author, working in schools and childcare settings, teaching the teachers how to understand and deal with anxiety in the classroom and to use the books and all the extra supports I offer to help children deal with their anxiety. I run CPD events and each new book brings more knowledge and tools to help teachers and parents deal with childhood anxiety.
