This synonym handout is made up of a selection of pencil shaped resources, that clearly display synonyms for basic words frequently used by children in their daily vocabulary and writing. Each ‘pencil’ displays six alternative words that could be used in the place of another, i.e. replacing bad with despicable. There are four ‘pencils’ on each A4 sheet.
