This is section by section of the Core of Edexcels new specification. There is a page of questions linked to a 5 minute Jam session sheet (variation of 2), where pupils can find the answers and record. This then links to a blue ‘Relational’ sheet that consolidates notes to then build knowledge; this section being called a knowledge organiser. Each section comes with recommended videos and Solo/Blooms related questioning that builds up knowledge. There is overall 18 activities/worksheets, you can do in order of the book or use them seperately in cram sessions. This was created in line with the idea of chunking to aid fast knowledge building.

A tool to get pupils to build up their thinking out loud or learning. I have used this in practical sessions in D&T where pupils will identify what they know, have learnt and build on this, identifying as they go along what they do not know. Also, you can use as a way in lesson to record learning linking to Objectives. This is Solo focused this resource. A form of formative assessment.
