This resource includes a Father’s Day card and Father’s Day bookmarks. This is a small part of my Father’s Day Activity Packet that I have provided to you for free. You can get the full packet by clicking the link at the bottom. Cut out the bookmarks. Some book marks are colored, and some book marks are not so that the children can color them. For the Father’s Day cards, cut out the cards; let the children color them; then let the children color a picture or paint hand prints on the front. This product consists of four St. Patrick’s Day theme puzzles. Each puzzle has matching St. Patrick’s Day pictures. Laminate the puzzles; cut out the pieces. Included in this packet are Father’s Day cards, Father’s Day bookmarks, two writing craftivities, two Father’s Day coloring crafts, and a Father’s Day pudding parfait recipe. For the Father’s Day cards, cut out the cards; let the children color them; then let the children color a picture or paint hand prints on the front. I have provided three different options for cards to include children who may not have a father or father figure; father’s day can be for any special people in our lives! Cut out the bookmarks. Some book marks are colored, and some book marks are not so that the children can color them. For one of the craftivity, ask the children to complete the sentence. For younger children, write what they say. The other craftivity includes a poem. Both craftivities have a space for the children to draw a Father’s Day picture or paint hand prints. For the coloring crafts, give the children markers, crayons, colored pencils, or even water colors. You can give the children glitter, sequins, adhesive jewels, craft buttons, etc for added creativity. Give the coloring crafts to the children. Simply allow the children to color and decorate the pages. For the recipe, just help the children follow the child friendly recipe. There are four easy to follow steps. When the recipe is complete, enjoy! Children and their loved ones will love these Father’s Day activities! Ten pages worth of activities and one recipe example is included.

Math and Literacy St. Patrick's Day Activities

This math and literacy packet includes complete the patterns, two number puzzles (1-5 and 6-10), Hh is for hat, dot letters, and “My wish is…” writing project. All the activities are St. Patrick’s Day themed. For dot letters, write a letter on the paper provided; give the children dot markers or paint and Q-tips; finally, allow the children to find the matches, and to dot the matches. Dot letters includes a page of blank shamrocks; add your own letters to the shamrocks! “My wish is…” literacy activity can be done as a craftivity, or it can be done just as a writing project. Make copies, and cut out the literacy activity paper below. Ask the children what their wish is; write what they say on the paper. Lastly, the paper can be pasted onto a paper bag puppet project; or it can be left as is. Your Early Learners will enjoy all of these hands on math and literacy activities!

This is a great addition to your summer math center, and it is especially perfect to play during groups. I hope your students enjoy playing Summer Fun Bingo. Laminate cards. Cut out the calling cards. Give children the bingo cards. Call out the pictures and colors. Let children use bingo daubers, washable dot markers, dry erase markers, or math counters to mark their squares. Play as a typical game of bingo. If washable markers are used, just wipe the laminated cards clean to be used again. Game includes six Bingo cards plus calling cards.

These Bat Numbers and Hermit Crab Letters are great to use as a part of a Nocturnal Animal Unit. You can discuss what nocturnal means, what animals are nocturnal including hermit crabs and bats. Next, add Hermit Crab Letters and Bat Numbers to your literacy and math centers, or to your fine motor center! Give your students dot markers. For Number Bats, let them count the bats and dot them as they count. They can write the total in the box provided. For Hermit Crab Letters, let them find the letters on the hermit crabs that match the letter at the top of the page. Let your students dot the matches! Hermit Crab Letters includes vowels A, E, I, O, and U in both uppercase and lowercase. It also includes a blank Hermit Crab page; write your own letters on this page!
