Template and mail merge for teacher’s planner. Can be customized through the word. document to have as many lessons as you want and all sections are laid out as a simple table. Unlike other templates this one uses mail merge to automatically add the date at the top of the page along with a special not appropriate to the individual day. I have added dates for years 2020, 2021 & 2022 . Simply remove the dates you do not want, add the notes and print . My layout is for 6 lessons, early meetings, tutor time, break, lunch and outside school - hence the grid letters. Only thing you WILL have to change is the location of the excel file and get it to point tot he “This Year” sheet. Any suggestions please let me know.
