With this fun activity you can practice the present perfect continuous. Divide your class in couples, or groups of 3-4. Each student picks a card and read the consequence of what he/she has been doing. The rest have to guess what is the thing she/he has been doing. This document contains 8 cards plus 8 in blank. Game to practice possessive adjectives his/her (also possessive pronouns his/hers). Print the grills and the images. You can laminate them and stick velcro to them. Play with your students saying sentences like: “his book”, “her sweets”, etc. so kids stick the correct image in the correct grill (the boy or the girl).
