Following the Equator through São Tomé and Príncipe, Gabon, Republic of Congo, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda, Kenya and Somalia, learners will be encouraged to: Develop their knowledge of key human and physical features of this region. Evaluate the similarities and differences of countries in this region using demographic data. Investigate the unique features of the Congo Basin. Consider urban inequality in Kampala, Uganda.
