Mr. Gary Sakuma is one of the Thailand National Debate Team Selectors. He was the Adjudicator for Thailand in 2010 at Dundee, Scotland and selected for 2017 Bali (but deferred due to work commitments). He teaches science and math as well continues to be active in the debate community worldwide.

This House would prioritize infrastructure over education is a classic model based debate centering around whether it’s more important to build roads, homes, and facilities creating immediate jobs or focus on improving education for the masses. This powerpoint outlines the key issues such as the cycle of poverty, unemployment, and foreign investment while also highlighting strategies to attack and defend this topic. This forms the debate shell to give to your students and then, have them go and debate it.
