All you need are paint stirrers that you can get anywhere they sell paint and they come in at least 3 different sizes! That's a great way to differentiate for your little learners!
You can use this as a game for 4 children to play together. Each child chooses a stick. Put cards for the letters you are working on in a bag or box. Each child chooses a piece. If the piece can be placed on their stick, they stick it on. If not, they put it back into the bag.
I’m sure there are many other ways to use them as well!
