These were designed for students who are removed, or cannot take part in practical dance or drama.
English Education vs Korean Education
This is a unit of work to explore the English and Korean Education system. It works towards the students completing a task arguing which system is better and why. This was created for year 9 students but could work with younger, and older, students.
BTEC Performing Arts Tech Award - Acting *Component One work analysis teacher example PP*
This includes two PP’s that demonstrate an example of how students should analyse professional works. Students are asked to create a PowerPoint to analyse each work in line with the component one criteria and then will use these three to compare and contrast ready for their Component one assessment.

KS3 Drama - Remote Learning - Improvisation/ Desert Island!
This is a 6 lessons that focus on using improvisation and asks students to develop a script that follows them being stranded on a desert island.
Each lesson includes a PowerPoint and there is also a knowledge organiser and end of topic assessment includes.
Each script/monologue writing activities have model examples to assist the students.
KS3 Drama - Remote Learning - Romeo and Juliet
This includes 6 lessons that have been used for live lessons and remote learning for KS3 students. Each lesson has a PowerPoint and there is also a knowledge organiser and end of topic assessment.
Growth Mindset Drama
This is a unit of work I created in response to our schools focus on creating a 'growth mindset'. This was taught to KS3 students as a mini scheme. Students created drama based upon celebrities journey to success and motivational speeches.
Modern Fairytale
This was a lesson which I taught as an interview lesson, which was successful! It asks students to create a modern day Cinderella as an introduction to a fairy-tale unit of work.
Creating a Tableau
This was created as an observation lesson and got fantastic feedback! It is based around attraction (Britains got talent) and works towards creating a musical tableau. This also created a feedback card that I laminated and use for verbal feedback, a full lesson plan and PP.
Drama devising help sheet
This is a sheet which allows students to document their use of drama devices within the devising process. There is also a help sheet, explaining and reminding students of the key devices, to support their development. Worked really well with my GCSE group!
KS3 Boys Drama - Muhammad Al
This is a KS3 Drama SOW which is based around the life of the boxer Muhammad Ali. This includes, six five - six lessons based around the boxers achievements. This was created for a boy heavy group and was very successful.
GCSE WJEC drama - Brecht SOW
This is a SOW which was created to support KS4 drama. It was created as part of the WJEC GCSE Unit 1 (devising) unit, focusing on the practitioner Brecht.
BTEC tech award Drama - comp 1 LAB workshop exploration and LAA quiz
This includes three workshop explorations that provides evidence for comp 1 LAB (exploring the performance arts)

It includes three workshops and a quiz which consolidates, assesses and develops students understanding of LAA.
I also have a range of lessons, model examples and worksheets to support LAA.
KS3/4 Interactive Drama Quiz
This is a fun, interactive drama quiz which is perfect end of topic, starter, or plenary activity for KS3 and 4 learners.
The aim is to consolidate, assess and expand the students knowledge of drama styles, skills, devices alongside aspects of roles, responsibilities and staging.
This has 40 questions and also has the answers included. This will allow this to be lead by students and used by non-specialists too.
Stone Cold Play SOW
This is an English SOW based on the play 'Stone Cold' based on the novel by Robert Swindells. This play follows a teenage boy who is homeless. This was designed for a LA Year 8 group but could be used for year 7/ HA 6. This includes activities based upon each scene, dictionary tasks, comprehension tasks and creative responses. This also includes peer/self assessment activities.

This is a bundle of Drama home learning resources that have been used with KS3 students - but could be easily adapted to KS4.
There are 8 weeks of content - with each week giving students an option of tasks to select from.

KS3 Dance
This is range of resources created for KS3 Dance. This bundle includes:
- An introduction to dance lesson.
- A activity introducing students to action, space, dynamics and relationships in dance.
- A SOW based upon James Bond, including capoeira, contact and street.

BTEC technical award (acting) comp 2 theory work
These are the PP used to complete the theory aspect (LAC/A) of component 2.
This talks students through workshop write up and the setting and reviewing of SMART targets.
There is also a support sheet which I made to assist my SEND learners and versions of the assessment criteria which I have laminated for students, and myself, to refer to.
KS3 Drama: Haunted House (three-five lessons)
This is a series of lessons based on the concept of a 'Haunted House'. Each lesson includes a starter, task with success criteria and peer assessment.

KS3 Drama - Remote Learning bundle
This bundle includes 2 units of work (6 lessons each).
Both units have been used for remote learning and for the delivery of live lessons.
One unit looks at Romeo and Juliet and the other improvisation, with the focus of students developing a script about being stranded on a desert island.
