This includes: - Research Task - Key term help sheets - Student logs Each success criteria is covered for each component.

If like me, you lose access to your Drama studio during exams, this resource’s aim is to make sure that theory/classroom based lessons are still valuable. This includes seven lessons worth of theory activities that are based upon the expectation (yet a differentiated version of) of students at KS4 (BTEC Technical Award). The topics include: -Physical Theatre types of staging performance and vocal skills analysis of aural and physical setting (using Shrek The musical and Matilda) comparing and contrasting performance works. Each lesson has a full PP and worksheet.

This is a unit of work that takes students through a mock comp 3 exam using the brief ‘time changes everything’. This allows them to practically explore their ideas whilst developing their ability to complete their ideas, development and evaluation logs.

This resource includes 10 workshops used to develop my students performance of Blood Brothers for component 2. This includes 10 full workshops that follow the learning cycle and makes reference to the assessment criteria.

This resource includes: 7-14 Blood Brother workshops which help students explore and develop their performance, physical and vocal skill for comp 2 (new tech award), A document where they can record their progress for comp 2 and a PP to assist this. A lesson, resource and model example of how students can explore Blood Brothers for comp 1. A document which can be used to allocate students scenes from Blood Brothers.

This is a seven week SOW based around injustice throughout history. This explores slavery, Rosa Parks, The Civil Rights Movement and Hillsborough. This includes a detail SOW with key assessment points, assessment and evaluation sheets and a PowerPoint for each lesson, with resources. The SOW includes clear differentiation opportunities, which are also available on the PowerPoint presentation. I have completed this with year seven, however it is also suitable for year 8. Enjoy!

This is a booklet which I use with Drama students to complete an essay to compare and contrast the three performance works studied for LAA. Each paragraph has a WAGOLL and sentence starters to assist them!

This a fully resourced years worth of KS3 lessons (this is for year 8 but could also work for year 7). This includes a full SOW and PP and homework activities for each booklet. The topics include: Improvisation Scripts (Willy Russell) Haunted House Christmas Physical Theatre There are opportunities for stretch and challenge throughout. No additional planning needed.
