OCR GCSE ICT Tracker 2015

A spreadsheet I have used for the past two years to generate predicted grades for GCSE OCR ICT. Add student details and marks for each section (controlled assessment and mock exams) and a grade and UMS is calculated. This spreadsheet has proved very successful for predicting outcomes.

Attainment 8 GCSE Target grade calculator - updated

Attainment 8 GCSE Target grade calculator - updated

I was tasked with producing targets for students in my school so I created this spreadsheet. The spreadsheet will help generate targets for current Y10 and current Y9. Essentially, all you have to do is add the UPNs, Forenames, Surnames, Gender and raw scores from KS2 and a GCSE target is generated from the latest Progress & Attainment table published by the DfE. The targets match the DfE's expectations from KS2 to KS4. Targets are for each of the four buckets and have number grades for English, Maths, EBacc and Open. All you have to do is fill in the grey-shaded sections as detailed below. If you have any questions then please get in touch. Thanks, Glen - glennethwest@gmail.com INSTRUCTIONS 1 Export your year groups data from Sims and past to the Students tab. You need: UPN, Name, Form and Gender. 2 Paste UPN, Name, Form and Gender to the Students tab. 3 Copy the UPNs and paste them into Key to Success and download the results file. 4 Copy/Paste to the KS2_Sats_Calcs tab - UPNs, Name, Raw marks for Reading, GAPS, Maths and Writing TA.

Just copy/paste which grade boundaries you wish to use for mock exams.
