A staff meeting regarding enjoyable activities to teach spelling, punctuation and grammar.
This pack provides all resources needed for an hour-long staff meeting about activities to use in class for teaching spelling, punctuation and grammar. Your staff team will look at examples of SPaG questions from SATs, reflect about the SPaG requirements for their year group and how they have been covered, complete a grammar terminology activity, take part in whole group grammar activities and then try out several fun grammar activities on their tables. I delivered this meeting to a large staff team and received a round of applause!

This resource is a pack of three reading comprehensions on the subject of ancient Rome. The topics are as follows: Entertainment in Ancient Rome, The Roman Army and The Roman Baths. They are designed for KS2 and the questions reflect content domains 2a- 2d: explaining the meaning of words in context, retrieval, summarising and inference using evidence.
