A printable Frayer Model for mathematics to be used as a pre and post assessment task.
Begin the unit by getting student to fill out the graphic organiser. It will show teachers what students already know on a topic. At the end of the topic provide the model again to show student achievement. Get students to reflect on their growth by comparing their pre and post assessment.
The model is colour coded to support young students and those that require additional support.

This resource is a one page calendar that countdowns the days to the beginning of the 2020 school year. Add it as a hard or soft copy to the information pack given to students transitioning to Kindergarten in 2020.
