Quotes can be analysed by students and the wide variety and number allows for students to choose their own quotes, whilst the flashcard style allows the quote cards to be sorted into themes and ideas within the novel to allow the pupil to develop their own understanding of the novel. This resource was used and created by myself, which I found particularly useful during my GCSE in English Literature, which, with thanks to this resource, I achieved a grade 9.
