20 Section A exam-style reading questions, created in a similar format to AQA’s English Language Paper 1. The extracts have been carefully selected from 20 popular and accessible novels (see below). Included is a pdf document with Section A (Paper 1) exam-style reading tasks, in conjunction with an accompanying PowerPoint which can be adapted. The PowerPoint includes a brief synopsis of each text, questions and a link to a film trailer. You can print the pdf document as a booklet, or individual pages when necessary. These exam-style questions, for Section A (Paper 1) can be used for mock examinations / pre-public examinations (PPEs) or revision.
