Kindness Cards created on Microsoft Publisher, completely editable. When working in one of my previous placements, during circle time, I handed every child a piece of paper with another child’s name on to write something kind on. At the end of the day we went through each card and even by the first card every child was smiling, because kindness doesn’t just effect the person who is receiving and giving but also to everyone around them. I wanted to implement this full-time into my classroom and will have these cards next to a kindness box. I will be encouraging children to write these in areas of free time and to leave it anonymous.

Inside Out themed emotions display created on Microsoft Publisher, completely editable. Resource includes all shown in the cover picture which includes: title, pictures, synonyms and purpose cards. I am hoping the synonyms will help to expand my pupils’ writing. I will also use this in PSHE lessons, using the purpose cards to explain to emotions so children can further understand their own emotions. I aim for children to use the display to help express their own emotions by choosing words from the wall to explain how they are feeling.

Visual Timetable created on Microsoft Publisher, including Bitmoji characters. Everything can be edited including: border design and colour; text font and colour; and the Bitmoji characters. A great tool to organise the day ahead and an excellent strategy to help children with dyslexia and other learning difficulties.

Differentiated times table loop card game created on Microsoft Word, completely editable. The loop card game includes 32 cards (if you have less children in your class, challenge a pupil by giving them two cards to play with. The cards have been differentiated by colour spots in the top right corner, so you can give children a card suited to their needs. There is also a teachers follow sheet attached so you can monitor the game as it goes along. I loved using this with my placement class, we times the game and they tried to get quicker each time. I told them if they could do it in 2 minutes or quicker then they could have an extra 5 minutes at break time.

Cards that can be stuck to envelopes or bags as a name tag for a child who has lost their tooth. Created on Microsoft Publisher and can be adapted however you please. Thought these would be cute and personalised for the important job of getting teeth back home for the tooth fairy to collect!

End of the day questions which can be laminated and added to lollipop sticks or left to pick out a box. I have a few very shy pupils in my class and hope these end of the day questions encourage them to raise their hand and talk in front of the class. The questions are all positive to help children end the school day in a positive way.
