I have been a successful head of Design and Technology in a challenging high school since 2001. I personally deliver Edxcel BTEC Engineering and GCSE Graphics, Product Design and WJEC Food and Nutrition. I am very proficient in IT and use my skills in this area to produce engaging and easy to follow lessons. Through my lessons I have achieved and average of 80% of my pupils achieving a level 2 qualification in a school with a an average 30% level 2 pass rate over.
