BTEC Business (2016) Unit 8 Recruitment and Selection (Full 8B assignment activities and tasks)

BTEC Business (2016) Unit 8 Recruitment and Selection (Full 8B assignment activities and tasks)

Ok, so this new BTEC unit is quite content heavy, there was a similar unit in the previous spec unit 13. This is the second assignment for learning aim B & C (most of the unit) This resource includes tasks for students to create recruitment documents such as job description, person spec, cv and application forms. Students then use these documents which they created to take part in the interview process as interviewer and interviewee. You could use the authorise assignment brief on the BTEC website or use this assignment brief as it will be quite straight forward to tweak for your learners. Quite a lot of time has gone into this planning this hence the price.
