I use them under wipe clean folders, or as a cue card to prompt the learning of a particular letter. Could also be printed on coloured paper and used for display purposes. 2. Alphabet prompt letter mat: Features all letters in capital and lower case using a dotted tracable font. All letters have two cue pictures to support learning of the letter. At the bottom of the mat I have added a handwriting prompt to illustrate where the letters should be formed and aligned.

Oral activities: drinking, chewing, snack, bubbles etc. Weight bearing activities: crawling, push-ups etc. Resistance activities: push-ups, pulling and stretching etc. Heavy lifting: of books etc. Cardiovascular activities: walking, hopping, jumping on trampoline etc. Deep Pressure activities: massage, squeezes etc. Some are chair based activities like push ups, squeezing a stress ball or choosing a sensory toy, others may involve using space like the cardiovascular activities, or equipment like therapy balls, weighted blankets etc. The resource can be used as a poster in a classroom to give children ideas about how to use a sensory break. You may want to use it as part of a visual timetable or now next resource. Alternatively you could attach them to lolly sticks for a choosing activity.
