In this section you can access schemes-of-work for teaching maths, from Year 1 to Year 6. Two versions have been shared by Tes partners, White Rose Maths and Mathematics Mastery. Both schemes of work are written to support a whole school approach to teaching for mastery in maths and they are also aligned to the National Curriculum in England.

The schemes-of work are organised over each term of the academic year including,

  • teaching sequences identifying step-by-step progress in maths learning, by year group
  • whole school termly planning overview
  • lesson resources that are quality-assured by mastery experts at the White Rose Maths Hub
  • all lesson resources are mapped to learning objectives for each year group and maths concept
