Tes acquires Standards Tracker from Educate, based in Cardiff. Standards Tracker offers a single dashboard and platform that manages staff self-evaluation, development, appraisals and employee engagement, as well as continuous performance management and career development. Quick reports show where progress has been made and help identify strengths and weaknesses, all to inform strategic priorities. With the option to export and save as images or spreadsheet data, these can be included in official reports in just a few clicks.
Tes recently launched its new Staff Management offering, which gives schools a cost-effective subscription to recruit staff, manage wellbeing, develop skills, and comply with safeguarding needs.
