Ancient Egypt: Tombs, Mummies, and the Afterlife is a set of four Ancient Egypt activities focuses on artifacts and mummification. Students read informational text about the artifacts found in the pyramids as well as mummification. Additionally, students examine photos of artifacts. Students create, draw and write about the importance of the afterlife and how mummification and artifacts incorporate into these beliefs.
