ABC Teachers are working on behalf of a 2-form entry good school who are seeking to recruit a level 3 teaching assistant for year 3. The position in question is for 5 mornings a week, 8.30am-12.30pm. This position is to start as soon as possible on a supply basis. The ideal candidate will need to be available straight away and be willing to jump straight into the position.
You will be working alongside an experienced class teacher as a general TA. Duties will include; gaining resources, working with groups of children and helping low ability pupils.
Expectations for the role are-
· Qualified to level 3 minimum in support and teaching
· Have a DBS on the update service or be willing to complete a new one
· Provide 2 educational references within the last 2 years
· Be happy, caring and be passionate about developing pupils’ confidence
· Experienced in KS2 (Year 3)
· Embrace the ethos of the school
Located in Dudley, this school has excellent transport routes for both drivers and non-drivers. This school has a very large site that offers pupils an exceptional environment in which to learn. They have two forest school areas, a large playing field, an Eco zone and two large playgrounds. EYFS also has a purpose built, state of the art outdoor play area.
