Pay: Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are Level 2 Teaching Assistant.
The role
Vision for Education are recruiting for an outstanding Teaching Assistant/Learning Support Assistant for a Liverpool based secondary school. The successful candidate will be working as a 1-2-1 teaching assistant working closely with a student with ADHD who is on the ASD pathway. The role will commence immediately on a full time basis and will continue until the end of the academic year.

The school is a mixed comprehensive school located in Liverpool. The school is well respected within the wider community and is lead by a dedicated leadership team supported by all staff. The SENDCO department in particular are hardworking and dedicated in providing the best possible support to the students with additional needs.
Requirements
To be considered for the 1-2-1 Teaching Assistant position, you will:
- Have a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (minimum)
- Have experience of working with students with ADHD
- Have experience of working as a Teaching Assistant
- Have experience of motivating and engaging students
