Sixth Form Pastoral Coordinator
This is a permanent role
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 4.00pm, Term Time plus 6 days to be worked during the school holidays/inset days.
Salary: £16,452 inclusive of Crawley Market Supplement, per annum
We are looking to recruit a 6th Form Pastoral Coordinator, to start as soon as possible, who will support the pastoral care and academic needs of our Sixth Form students.
•The 6th Form Pastoral Coordinator is based with the Sixth Form Team and works closely with Heads of Sixth Form, students, parents, colleagues, external agencies and other professionals
•This is a busy and varied role, working with all members of the school community (staff and students) and outside agencies as required.
•We are looking for someone who is organised, able to work to deadlines and with excellent administration, IT and communication skills. You will also have access to sensitive and confidential information.
•The working hours will be agreed with the successful candidate. The postholder must be in school by 8.00am, ready for the beginning of the school day and may be asked to work occasional evenings (eg for parents’ evenings, information evenings) as required.
•Support and training will be provided as necessary
