The Governors are seeking to appoint a dynamic, inspiring, ambitious Academy Business Manager with a proven track record of successful leadership at senior level and who will be:
- committed to supporting the Catholic ethos of the Academy;
- a team player who, with the Headteacher, Governors and Senior Leadership Team, will contribute significantly to the ongoing success of the Academy;
- a creative strategic thinker with the ability to make a major contribution to the medium and long term planning of the Academy’s development;
- an effective all round communicator, able to build on our links with our wider community and liaise with appropriate agencies, including the EFSA, DfE, Diocese and local authority.
