Values and Vision

West Bridgeford School Works hard to fulfil a comprehensive ethos, working hard to provide opportunities for students from a wide range of different backgrounds and with a wide range of academic interests. The school also emphasises traditional academic values of hard work and self-motivation, with students being helped to develop the necessary emotional and social intelligence to achieve beyond their time at school.

Ofsted

“It is an outstanding school. Central to the school’s ambition is the ongoing drive to achieve the highest standards for each student. Levels of attainment have risen steadily year on year and are exceptionally high. Students make outstanding progress in their academic work, and their wider personal development is also excellent. They mature as responsible and articulate young adults who develop the essential attitudes, skills and self-reliance that prepare them very well for the next stage of their education and for later life. “
