Working pattern: 37 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 08:00 am - 16:00 pm, Friday 08:00 am - 15:30 pm, 30 minute lunch.
Salary: Scale 5 points 12 - 17, Increasing with length of service (FTE £26,421 - £28,770)

About you:
We are seeking an experienced individual who can share our values and would love to hear from those who really do want to make a difference to young people’s lives.
- At least 10 years’ experience as a maintenance person.
- Knowledge of plantrooms and how they work.
- Have knowledge or understanding of a wide range of traditional building trades.
- Knowledge or understanding of compliance, health & safety at work, particularly moving and handling techniques and COSHH.
- Have the ability to own issues to resolutions.
- Have strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge or understanding of the education sector.
- A valid driving licence is required for this role with own vehicle.
