This is a fantastic opportunity for a well-qualified, driven professional, who is an outstanding classroom practitioner. You will support the Director of Achievement for Maths in delivering the best possible Maths curriculum. Key responsibilities will be:
• To implement and adhere to the BA Way at every opportunity
• To secure outstanding progress and achievement in across the school in the designated area of responsibility
• To demonstrate outstanding teaching and learning practice and develop outstanding practice in others by developing imaginative and effective schemes of learning, effective resourcing, sharing good practice and tracking of students' progress
• To develop programmes, enrichments or schemes that specifically support and develop students' character through your subject
