Acting Head of Geography from September 2018
An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic, highly motivated professional to lead our Geography Department from September 2018 in a supportive and team-orientated School. This role is for one academic year to cover a maternity leave. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual who will contribute to the current teaching and learning strategies and develop their own teaching practice with our support.
You will have a passion for Geography and will inspire and engage our students. You will actively assist in the further development of Geography within the School. You will lead a committed, hardworking and friendly department who work closely together to achieve the best possible outcomes for our students. An ability to teach across the age range, including the IBDP will be expected. A willingness to participate in extra-curricular activities is essential.
