We are seeking to appoint an Admin and Reprographics Assistant, the successful candidate will join a very busy team providing administrative support with a primary focus to assist in the provision of an efficient and up to date reprographics and learning resources service for students and staff. 

Our vision is to put students first in order to raise standards and transform lives. To make this happen, we innovate constantly, including a curriculum that is designed to enable personalised learning in depth and with breadth. We ensure that additional teaching time and resources are provided to support students to leave with a solid foundation of good and better grades.

Candidates should have excellent communication skills, be organised and able to remain calm in a busy environment. Strong IT skills are essential. Training will be provided on our management information system.

The successful candidate will be a team player and required to work as part of the dedicated admin team. Owing to the nature of the role, an ability to relate to the Academy’s students is crucial. The successful candidate will be a member of the Academy’s first aid team; training will be provided.
