Do you consider yourself to be an efficient and reliable administrator?  Do you thrive in a busy environment where you can provide support to multiple contacts?  Wilmington Academy have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to join us.  Our successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills whilst managing a variety of tasks, and be a team player.  Working closely with a variety of internal and external contacts including our Office Manager, wider Senior Leadership Team, staff and students, good communication skills are essential for this role.  This is a busy and fast-paced role - we look forward to hearing from candidates who are up to the challenge! 

This is a demanding and varied position for someone who is self-motivated and an excellent communicator.  The working basis for this role is 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday during Term Time. Our successful candidate will join us as soon as possible, taking into consideration any notice period you may have.
